Five of us met all Leeds Councillors in the chamber on Wednesday 10 September to update members on our neutering campaigns with tenants of local authority housing. We had the 5 minute slot just before the full meeting commences

We first did this in 2006 with good results when CP was given access to council notice boards and tenants newsletters to offer help with neutering cats
Our aim is to spread the word again and get across some of the lessons learnt and some outstanding challenges for us and the council as landlords |
